SCIENCE KIDS
Science Kids is a popular science lecture series by INSCIENCE, where Ukrainian scientists talk about space, dinosaurs, archaeology, physics, biology, and natural wonders. It’s a great opportunity for children to access free Ukrainian-language content, interact with scientists, discover new interests, and find like-minded peers.
The mission of Science Kids is to contribute to the formation of a generation of children who explore the world through science and foster a progressive and science-oriented society.
2022–2023:
- 152 webinars attended by 8100+ children and viewed over 40,000 times on YouTube
- 3 offline spaces opened in Ukrainian cities: Odesa, Kharkiv, and Mykolaiv
- 22 events in the children’s area at the INSCIENCE CONFERENCE 2023
- 2 webinars for 110 teachers (methodological materials received by over 500 teachers)
- 7 videos with scientists for the educational application “Mriya”
- 50+ scientists and STEM specialists joined the project
2024:
- 75+ webinars attended by 7000+ children
- 2000+ children participated in offline events in centers in Kharkiv, Odesa, and Mykolaiv
- launched program in the children’s area at the INSCIENCE CONFERENCE 2024
- 2000+ teachers received methodological materials for STEM classes
